NLdigital Terms and Conditions 2025
The NLdigital Terms and Conditions 2025 apply to our business offers and agreements, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your quotation or agreement specifies which terms apply to your assignment. Any additions or deviations agreed in writing form part of those arrangements.

The quotation or agreement describes the work, fees, schedule and any additional arrangements for management, support and delivery. Read these together with the supplied terms before entering into the agreement.
About the industry terms
Nederland ICT is now called NLdigital. This page provides the 2025 edition, deposited at the District Court of Midden-Nederland, Utrecht location. A newer edition does not automatically replace the terms agreed for your contract. Visit NLdigital for more information.
